I find myself on Pinterest (come follow my Yoga-inspired Pinterest board!) when I need a little mental break from all the reading and writing and thinking I do. And I came across this beauty.
It’s like the ultimate balancing act. Way more intricate and delicate than a Jenga tower. It reminds me of how all of the elements of our muscular-skeletal body is (or should be) in perfect balance. It also reminds me how much work it takes to keep balanced.
