There. I said it. I hate chair pose, aka utkatasana aka “fierce pose” aka lightning bolt pose. Whatever you want to call it, I am just not that big of a fan. My thighs cramp up, and my shoulders burn. I’m sure I’m building a ton of muscle (and mental discipline) by holding this pose, but teachers like to torture us by holding it for.e.ver.
