I had a slow week 2. My evenings got eaten up with holiday preparations. By the time I got back from fighting crowded stores, I had no desire to roll out my mat. I knew this month would be hard going in, but at least I managed to get in 3 practices this week before multiple holiday parties and a birthday party.
Dec. 10: 45 min ashtanga light: 5A, 5B, 1/2 standing poses, tripod headstand, hip/groin stretches, backbends, shoulder stand, savasana
Dec. 12: a little of this and that vinyasa flow style. never practiced outside in 40 degree weather before. so much fun!
Going into Week 3, I need to really start watching my sugar intake. I’m crashing a lot harder in the evenings. Stop tempting me with cookies!!
