I had a good start to the week, trying desperately to relieve my back pain. Looking forward to more vigorous practices this coming week now that I’m feeling better.
Jan. 20: Pulled a back muscle. Child’s pose hurts. Cat/cow, forward folds, spinal twists, pigeon.

Jan. 23: crappy start to my morning, so i did some meditation in my car before coming into the office. i feel a little more zen now.
