#doingtheyoga Round-up: Week 8


I had a good start to the week, trying desperately to relieve my back pain. Looking forward to more vigorous practices this coming week now that I’m feeling better.

Jan. 20: Pulled a back muscle. Child’s pose hurts. Cat/cow, forward folds, spinal twists, pigeon. #doingtheyoga as best i can.

Jan. 22: 60 minute yoga for athletes gentle stretch through  relaxing! #doingtheyoga

Jan. 23: crappy start to my morning, so i did some meditation in my car before coming into the office. i feel a little more zen now. #doingtheyoga
