I’ve never had issues with triangle pose. I think I’ve been able to reach my toe or the floor since day 1 of doing yoga, like so:
As of last week (after my hiatus from having a regular practice), my left inner thigh is super tight. Whatever tendon that runs from the groin to the inside of the knee feels stretched to the max, and it feels very strained. I don’t know how this happened because my right side is functioning as it always has.
I’m not even sure what stretches I should do to help loosen it. Wide legged stuff? Runner’s stretches?
It’s worse because I forget that it’s tight and think I can drop into trikonasana or half moon without hesitation. I feel my body resist almost immediately and back off.
Anyone have any tips for this?
