In working toward legs behind the head this month, I’ve been joining in on the August challenge #shesgotlegs on Instagram. It’s surprisingly difficult for me to squeeze in 5 seconds to take the photo (or begging others to take the photo for me). I’m also not in yoga clothes for half of them, depending on when I remember to do it. BUT, it’s been pretty fun so far. I’ve especially enjoyed looking at photos of the other participants.
